GHP Corporate Social Responsibility Program
GHP cares about the well being of our team members and we demonstrate this through our investments in health care and retirement solutions. GHP provides team members with access to medical, dental and vision programs which allows them access to quality healthcare through one of the strongest medical networks in the state at no monthly cost to them. Our team members also have access to a retirement program with a generous company match.

Green Initiative
This initiative includes 2-5 year projects with the ultimate goal to reduce energy and water consumption.
Examples of these projects include:
Water Conservation Project in DTLA, Canyon Country, and Woodland Hills:
- Installation of 17,000 low-flow toilets. In 20 years, each toilet will help us save one Olympic-size swimming pool of water.
- Installation of new aerators and shower heads to better control water usage.
- Purple Pipe project to eliminate water waste and promote water recycling.
Energy Conservation Project
- Installation of solar panels in DTLA and Colony.
- Installation of LED light in all common areas and units.
- Purchase of Energy-Star appliances to save on electricity and gas.
- Title-24-Compliant to install heat-reflecting roofs.

Diversity Awareness
The goal of this initiative is to celebrate diversity and embrace inclusion in the workplace. Every month we are featuring GHP team members with different cultural backgrounds to educate our employees on various cultures, traditions, values, and perspectives.
In addition, diversity-related trainings are hosted for GHP employees on a regular basis to attract, cultivate and retain diverse workforce.
Charitable Giving & Volunteer Efforts
As part of the GHP Cares initiative, we are focusing on creating strong communities and giving back.
We encourage and allow our team members to volunteer and support local charities of their choice.
